Are you estate agents?
No, we are legally registered as overseas property consultants and translators, however, we do have partner estate agents who work with us.
Can you help me buy with other estate agents?
Yes, we offer a unique service called 'Lean on me' which can be used when purchasing anywhere in Italy. You can find out about this service in our service PDF above or here.
Can you help outside of Abruzzo?
We have partner agents in Puglia and we are looking to expand into other areas of Italy. The 'Lean on me' service can also help you when buying elswhere.
Can you obtain my codice fiscale?
Yes. We can obtain your codice fiscale which is a legal requirement before you buy a property here. You can also try and obtain it via your local Italian embassy.
Can you handle everything remotely?
Yes. During 2023 around 95% of the sales we were involved in were all handled remotely. We have the perfect 5 step purchasing service to help us complete this.
Can you help with private sales?
Yes. This service is currently restricted to Abruzzo and close by regions as we like to visit the property. The service can be done 100% remotley if needed.
