Buying a property in another country is incredibly exciting and at the same time it can be incredibly daunting especially if you have no experience in the sytsem. What may be a staright forward task when you are in the country can be a problem when you are out of that country. This along with the language barrier it can quickly become a stressful situation.

As much as we would love to offer the same simple services as we do in Abruzzo, all around Italy, it just isn't possible BUT what we can do is be by your side inervening when necessary and advising you as you go through the process. 

What will the agent think?

In our experience most agents will love the fact that you have someone who speaks both languages and understands the system. In our experience, when we are involved, thisngs all of a sudden start to happen. At the end of the day you are paying them their commission and you are free to deal with who you want to help get the sale over the line.

Can I save money?

We assess all the fees you are paying to see where we can try and make savings and we have extra addon services that mean we can even take care of everything for you without you even coming to Italy, saving on travel costs and time.
