This is a unique project in many aspects.First, it was designed by a famous Dutch architect and inspired by Japanese imperial palaces and, developed by a team of Italian idealists from Abruzzo. The house is located in a beautiful part of Abruzzo where the nature is still uncontaminated, a beautiful property, through a particular idea based on the panoramic views. With a private road directly to the villa, the backyard borders the National Park which has extreme privacy. From all angles inside the house, the beautiful surroundings, including the Adriatic Sea can be appreciated thanks to the 55 windows.
The building materials used are of the highest quality and the potential to create beautiful outside areas including a swimming pool is huge. Plans have been created for the swimming pool and artist impressions of these can be seen in the photo section.
The property is spread over 3 floors, on the middle floor there is a living area, dining room, kitchen and utility, upstairs and downstairs both have 2 double bedrooms with walk in wardrobe space and ensuites.
Because the property is not finished inside it would be possible to change the layout to suit your needs.
